Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosis and known to have Philadelphila-chromosome negative myeloproliferative neoplasms . According to WHO 2016 diagnostic criteria 2.The patients 18 years and over 3 .The patients diagnosis and known to have Philadelphila-chromosome negative myeloproliferative neoplasms by next-generating sequencing technique. 4. The patients participate project by sign ICF.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Myeloproliferative neoplasms increases the number of detected Philadelphia chromosomes and / or the BCR-ABL mutation gene is detected.
