Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Diagnosed from 1 January 2009 to 31 July 2020. 2.The patients 60 years and older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia with PML-RARA.
