Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain with/without leg pain 2. Pain score at least 4 out of 10 after conservative treatments (medication, rehabilitation, bed rest)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lumbar spine surgery 2. Compression fracture or trauma 3. Patients with red flags signs (progressive weakness, infection, tumor, bowel/bladder symptoms) 4. Patients diagnosed of systematic inflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.) 5. Contagious disease (COVID-19 infection) 6. Allergic to medication 7. Diagnosis of depression 8. Taking oral steroid medications 9. History of prior epidural steroid injection in last three months
