Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with severe fungal corneal ulcer who underwent therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty in Siriraj hospital with definite identified fungal pathogens (smear, culture, patho, PCR, biopsy or confo scan)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases diagnosed with fungal corneal ulcer but no definite fungal pathogen identified.
