20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be a national of Thailand 2. Female 3. Age between 20 - 45 years 4. Be a medical personnel Who work in hospital or a clinic in Bangkok And Suphanburi Province 5. Scores from the stress assessment with the SPST-20 assessment at higher stress levels. 6. Able to sign consent to participate in research. 7. Be able to participate in the research for 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have underlying diseases such as cardiovascular disease. 2. Have communication or mobility problems 3. Have a mental health problem undergoing treatment with anti-stress medication, sleeping pills, or medications to treat mental health symptoms. 4. Be a person who practices meditation regularly. 5. Take hormones such as DHEA, Pregnenolone and Estrogens. 6. Pregnant women Breastfeeding women Women who have had ovarian surgery and women after menopause.
