Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy sedentary female volunteers aged between 30-59 years 2. Body mass index between 18.5-29.9 kg/m2 3. Not congenital disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of sudden death n the family 2.Experience with heart attack, emphysema, asthma, tuberculosis, hepatitis B and 3.Bone problem or bone fracture (legs) 4.Pregnancy 5.Autonomic neuropathy 6.Abnormality of ECG 7.Diagnosed with hypertension 8.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus 9.Diagnosed with liver and kidney diseases 10.Dyslipidemia
