19 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years old Prevalence case of hemodialysis at least 3 months Hemodialysis 3 times/week with adequate Kt/V > 1.2 Serum albumin > 3 mg/dL Auria Vascular access are eligible for blood flow rate > 400 ml/min Adequate dry weight with BCM +/- OH 2 kg Hemodynamic stability more than 2 weeks Inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic infection or active cardiovascular diseases 3 month prior to recruitment Metastasis malignancy Advance cirrhosis Pregnancy Hemodynamic instability Contraindication to anticoagulant Refuse to informed consent Serum albumin levels < 3 mg/dL
