Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic acne more than 12 months either who have been treated with standard treatment but still ineffective and does not have any treatments more than 6 months or who has never been treated. 2. Global Acne Grading = Moderate to severe grade (Score = 19-38)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 On oral contraceptive pills or planning to use oral contraceptive pills within 3 months during the trial. 2 Not Pregnancy 3 No limitation on restriction diet 4 On oral antibiotics and systemic steroids within 3 months prior to the study. 5 Does not have any characteristic or have been diagnose as these diseases A Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) B Seborrhea acne hirsutism androgenetic alopecia (SAHA) syndrome C Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) D Hyperandrogenism insulin resistance acanthosis nigricans (HAIR AN) syndrome E Synovitis acne pustulosis hyperostosis osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome F Pyogenic arthritis pyoderma gangrenosum acne (PAPA) syndrome G Apert syndrome
