Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who uudergoing laparotomy gynecological surgerey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patient ASA class I-II Allergy to carbohydrate drink Hypoglycemia Pelvic inflammatory diseases Receiving immunosuppressive therapy
