18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) male aged between 18 and 55 years old (2) mechanical neck pain at rest more than 20 on a 0-100 mm visual analog scale (VAS) (3) self-reported disability more than 4 points on a scale of 50 points neck disability index-Thai version (NDI-TH)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of trauma and surgery of the cervicothoracic spine (2) any contraindications to thoracic mobilization such as malignancy, inflammatory, infectious diseases, and fracture affecting the cervicothoracic spine
