Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult kidney transplant recipients age >18 years old with the recurrence of IgAN
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Missing clinical and laboratory data Referring to another hospital Previous treatment with rituximab for any other conditions History of recurrent infection or recurrent bacterial infection unrelated to either rituximab or other treatments for recurrent IgA nephropathy Ongoing use of high-dose corticosteroids (equivalent to 10 mg/day prednisolone) Pregnancy Pre-existing significant systemic or severe illness with expected life- expectancy <6 months before the diagnosis of recurrent IgA nephropathy
