Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic headache (by definition) known as migraine (according to the IHS diagnostic criteria) Patients who have had brain lateral venous sinus stenosis in MRV according to a report by a radiologist and confirmed by a neurologist (Interventional Fellowship)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with headache who did not meet the criteria for chronic headache Patients with MRV who have evidence in favor of other brain lesions such as tumors or vascular malformations Patients with a history of vascular disease or Brain space lesions Contraindications to aspirin use (aspirin allergy, history of peptic ulcer, history of asthma) The patient's unwillingness to cooperate or continue the plan Pregnancy, breastfeeding
