18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes mellitus. 2. Age between 18-65 years old. 3. Patients who were treated without using insulin. 4. Fasting blood sugar and HbA1c level are more than the target, following Thai Clinical Practice Guideline for Diabetes 2017 5. History of poor medical adherence e.g. medication taking errors in time, dose or/and amount. or/and self-medication reduction or/and termination. 6. Uncomplicated type 2 diabetes mellitus. 7. No disability or/and impairment of hearing and vision. 8. Voluntary registration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breast feeding status 2. Anemia or Hemoglobinopathy 3. End-staged of renal disease or Erythropoietin receiving 4. End-staged of chronic diseases or History of cancer 5. Patients who will be treated with insulin during process. 6. Cognitive impairment (Thai Mental State Examination score < 23) 7. Loss follow-up
