20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parkinson's disease without cognitive impairment: 1) Diagnosed with idiopathic PD by a neurologist, 2) Hoehn and Yahr stage I to III, 3) Receive regular medication for treating Parkinson's disease, e.g., Levodopa, 4) >3 months of stable anti-Parkinson's medication, 5) Walk 1 min independently without assistive device, 6) Correctly respond to visual and auditory information, 7) Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) >=24, and 8) 20-80 years old Parkinson's disease with cognitive impairment: same as above, as well as 9) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) <26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All participants: 1) unstable health condition, and 2) any orthopedic, neurological, or psychological disease affecting participation
