Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consistent pain for 3-6 months Radiographic confirmation of structural knee damage(osteoarthritis, osteonecrosis) Inadequate response to conservative treatment Affect quality of life Patient-reported suffering due to knee disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection Neuropatic joint disease
