Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre hypertension ( SBP 130-139 mmHg. or DBP 85-89 mmHg.) Aged 35-60 years Unmedicated Blood pressure Don't have any disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SBP <130 or > 139 mmHg. and DBP <85 or > 89 mmHg. Have any disease Use medicated blood pressure
