Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Any gender, age 30-65 years old 2. Diagnosed as Type 2 diabetes at least 6 months before 3. Well controlled blood glucose, no plan to adjusted the medicine during experimental 4. FBS 100-250 mg/dl 5. Good conscious and decision 6. Acceptable to thesis method 7. Acceptable following up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having diabetic complication 2. CKD 3. Using steroid, antiinflammation medicine, herb , other product lowering blood sugar 4. Using diuretic 5. Pregnancy
