Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent membership in the Iranian Diabetes Association Adolescents 13 to 15 years old At least one year has passed since the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes Living with parents in healthy families (non-vulnerable) Lack of participation in similar educational programs Ability to understand conversation in Persian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental health problems at the doctor's discretion
