Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with De Quervain tenosynovitis. 2. Age > 18 years. 3. Failed nonoperative treatment after 2-3 times of local injection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous affected extremity injury 2. infection 3. allergy to lidocaine 4. Underlying rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis of the 1st carpometacarpal joint, and median carpal tunnel syndrome
