18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmation of the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism 2.History of taking antithyroid drugs for at least one month and up to six months 3.Patients in the age range of 18 to 60 years 4.Do not have acute Covid disease 5.No acute infectious disease affecting the tests 6.Have a minimum literacy 7.Willingness to participate in the study 8.Ability to make phone calls and use the WhatsApp application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The client is under a similar study at the same time 2.Viral and microbial diseases affecting the person 3.Recent radiotherapy or immunotherapy 4.Dissatisfaction with the continuation of participation in the study 5.Not participating in two sessions 6.History of taking drugs that affect thyroid tests 7.Known for perceptual and psychological disorders
