Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-65 yrs old ASA2-3 can communicate in Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: underlying CVS /CVD /stroke /coagulopathy/Pregnancy/drug or alcohol addict/psychiatry dz d/chronic pain /pt who have drug allergy/pt who withdrawal from research
