Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. Has superficial second degree wound 3. area more than 10 sq.cm. on body, arms and legs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known allergy the Andrographis panicalata or ingredient in soap 2. immunocompromised patient 3. underlying disease which delay wound healing 4. pregnancy
