Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non traumatic cardiac arrest cases that were brought to the ED of Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai hospital by EMS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unknown age 2. not visit the ED via the EMS 2. traumatic cases 3. cases of which data about ROSC was not recorded 4. cases that did not received any CPR
