Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy requiring amniocentesis at gestational aged 15-20 weeks 2. Pregnancy who didn't present of fetal anomaly from ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple pregnancies 2.Contraindication for amniocentesis such as threatened abortion 3. Change puncture site for amniocentesis after sprayed the xylocaine spay and placed the cool packed due to fetal movement 4.More than one attempt of needle insertion 5.History for lidocaine allergy 6.Infection at abdominal wall 7.Psychosis 8. Denied for volunteers
