Patients aged at least 18 years with OSA diagnosed by polysomnography, and body mass index at least 40 kg/m2 or at least 35 kg/m2 with at least 1 comorbity
diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or heart disease.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) aged 18 years and older and body mass index at least 40 kg/m2 or at least 35 kg/m2 with at least 1 comorbity; diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or heart disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to communication, 2. Previous treatment with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), 3. Pregnancy or lactation
