Effective post operative pain control in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty is a key point which make patients early ambulation, effective rehabilitation, early recovery, decrease length of hospital stay and decrease peri operative complication. Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-90 years ASA physical status 1-3 Primary TKA Unilateral TKA Normal coagulation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to morphine, fentanyl, dexamethasone BMI >/= 35 kg/m2 Status bed ridden Arrhythmia Underlying epilepsy with current medical control Patients with contraindication to regional anesthesia
