Impacted lower third molar CGF , Impacted lower third molar , surgical extraction

Interventions

we will take fresh venous blood of patients. The venous blood samples will take into 2 sterile 10 ml tubes without anticoagulants. The samples were immediately centrifuged with CGF centrifuge machine

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-completely Bilateral impacted mandibular third molar . 2-No history of systemic disease that not suitable for oral surgery 3- Periodontal condition with good plaque control 4- cooperative patient .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Declined to participate 2-They had active periodontal diseases 3-They exhibited poor oral hygiene. 4-Patient doesn't have the same class of impacted teeth. 5-Long term steroid 6-Systemic disease that affect bone healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis and HIV etc. 7-Smoking and excessive drinking.
