Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients underwent with fixed restoration on dental implants from faculty of dentistry, Mahidol University during 1 January 2013- 31 January 2019 that provided by academic staff/specialist or postgraduate student 2. After loading prosthesis at least six months 3. Single crown or bridge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complete edentulous case 2. Patients refuse to answer the questionnaire 3. The incomplete answer questionnaire
