Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presented bilateral nasal polyposis with scheduled for FESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with any of following: previous history of cleft palate and/or submucosal cleft, underwent FESS with tonsillectomy or uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, and not following command
