All pediatric patient with obese and overweight who are enrolled into the study.
Overweight children are those with body mass index Z-score more than 1 standard deviation of their age.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 5-18 years 2.Diagnosed overweight or obese 3.Follow up at Chulalongkorn hospital at lease 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Fatty liver disease with known causes such as Wilson disease, drugs, or autoimmune hepatitis 2.Obesity from syndromes 3.Loss second follow-up
