Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers age more than 18 years with no underlying disease which are hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Psychiatric illness requiring medication, cardiovascular disease, HIV, cancer and autonomic nervous system related disease and dementia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy history of difficult drawing blood
