Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: COPD patients aged 40 years or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of COPD exacerbation within 3 months, 2. Systemic steroid treatment within 6 weeks, 3. Inability to perform handgrip strength or peak inspiratory flow rate testing, 4. Tracheostomy or treated with home mechanical ventilation
