45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with first ischemic stroke by a neurologist via computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging, 2. No cognitive impairment define as Thai Mental State Examination score 23 up, 3. No or minimal depression, no need to be treated, when completing the Thai version Patient Health Questionnaire with a score of fewer than 10 points, 4. Mild to moderate severity of stroke when completing the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Thai version scores off less than 14, 5. Walking by themselves or use walking aids screen by the Modified Rankin score less than 4, 6. Performance in activities of daily living the Barthel Index Thai version scores 60 up, 7. No history of more serious medical diseases other than ischemic strokes, 8. Caregivers can join both educational sessions and during exercise, 9. Willing to participate in all activities throughout the study, and 10. Ability to use application line and have application line.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had active severe complications of ischemic stroke, hypertension, or diabetes mellites. 2. Had alteration of consciousness. 3. Cannot complete all phases of the study
