Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intertrochanteric fracture that fixation by cephalomedullary nail Intertrochanteric fracture that successful closed reduction Older than 60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe comorbidity ongoing infection near the surgical site fail closed reduction special population eg. pregnancy or lactation
