Interventions

Salbutamol 4 mL will be administered via high-flow nasal cannula connected with vibrating mesh nebulizer,Salbutamol 4 mL will be administered via small volume jet nebulizer with oxygen flow rate of 6

Age
40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >/= 40 years old 2. Diagnosed COPD according to GOLD criteria 3. Irreversible airflow obstruction 4. Post-bronchodilator FEV1 between 35-80 %predicted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute exacerbation of COPD or lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks 2. Contraindications for spirometry 3. Allergy to salbutamol 4. Pregnant woman 5. Deny to participate
