Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years T2DM eGFR 30-59 ml/min/1.73m2 Stable glycemic treatment 3 months No treatment adjusted with anti-HT within 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sepsis/ any organ infection Current history of urinary and genital tract infection History of diabetic ketoacidosis Pregnancy Pancreatic and active liver disease Polycystic kidney disease
