Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female patient age more than 18 years old, TSH level more than 5 mIU/l, free T4 and free T3 concentrations within the normal range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: DM, Other endocrine diseases Drugs example(Insulin sensitizers, Contraceptive pills, Corticosteroid). Pregnancy. Sever co morbid diseases.as renal. liver and heart failure Patient aready on thyroxine treatment Patient with chronic HCV
