Interventions

Topical tranexamic acid group ,Subjects get intravenous normal saline 100 ml drip in 5 minute before surgery(placebo). Topical tranexamic acid, mixed tranexamic 3 g in normal saline 100 ml divide 50

60 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis fracture neck of femur 2. Age more than 60 years old 3. Household ambulatory 4. Low energy mechanism 5. Complete inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -1. Allergy to TXA 2. Prior history of thromboembolic disease 3. Prior history of stroke 4. Prior history of ischemic heart disease 5. Prior history of seizure 6. Congenital or acquired coagulopathy 7. Renal or liver dysfunction
