Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 years and above 2. undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty 3. weight at least 45 kilograms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with seizure or have history of seizure 2. patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy or abnormality of urinary tract 3. close angle glaucoma 4. cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease 5. creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min 6. impaired hepatic function 7. have current medications in SSRI, SNRI and TCA 8. psychiatric patients 9. have underlying disease involve abnormality of spine and hip 10. intra-operative complications 11. denied morphine use 12. allergic to any medications in the study
