1.Patient was lithotomy., 2.Laparoscopy or Laparotomy approach to peritoneal cavity.,3.Indocyanine green : powder 25 mg mixed sterile water for injection 20 ml (1.25 mg/ml) injected in cervical at 3,6
clock. ,4. Waiting about 10 minutes during opened bilateral retroperitoneal spaces. ,5. Near infrared fluorescence was used to detection sentinel LN. ,6. Sentinel LN were detected and biopsy.,7. Both

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Early stage cervical cancer (stage IA2-IIA) patients, who detect cervical cancer lesion size less than 4 cm underwent surgery in Siriraj hospital. 2.The surgical process are include open laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery. 3.No previous treatment (radiotherapy, chemotherapy) 4.No underwent pelvic and paraaortic Lymph node Surgery. 5.No contraindication for indocyanine green (iodine sensitivity , hepatic impairment)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient can't be able to underwent SLN surgery., 2. pregnancy women
