Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of de Quervain tenosynovitis Unilateral affected side Moderate to severe pain Age > 18 years old Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous treatment in these timeframes 1.1)Anti-inflammatory medication in 4 weeks 1.2)Physical modalities in 4 weeks 1.3)Corticosteroid injection in 6 months. 2. A History of other wrist/distal forearm disorders. 3. Skin disease at wrist. 4. History of surgery or trauma or deformities of the affected limb. 5. Neurological disease (e.g. C-radiculopathy, peripheral nerve entrapment). 6. Systemic infection or rheumatologic disease. 7. Contraindication of HILT (e.g., Pregnancy/Tumor, /Epilepsy etc.).
