TIVA group recieved propofol 2-12 mg/kg/min keep BIS 40-60. Incidence of PONV at PACU and ward were recorded. The incidence of PONV at PACU assess by nausea vomiting score was corrected. , VMA main

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA not more than 3, 2. apfel score at least 2, 3. schedule for laparoscopic cholecystectomy or gynecological surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to study related agents, 2.sever cardiovascular or pulmonary disease, 3. history of vertigo or gastroesophageal reflux, 4. pregnancy, 5. recent history of steroid used
