Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Barthel index ADL in the range from 0 to 11 scores 2. Live in Nong Suea District no less than 6 months 3. Communicable patient or care giver
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency medical condition such as uncinciousness, not breathing, hyperventilation, wheezing, suddenly drowsiness, seizure, accute chest pain, sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm, or leg, sudden confusion, trouble speaking or difficulty understanding speech, acute respiratory failure, acute cardiovascular event 2. Palliative care patients 3. Refuse to open his/her mouth for examination
