Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years old 2. Patients were diagnosed non valvular AF and received apixaban at least 7 days 3. Good adherence 100% 4. Patients were signed inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had mechanical valve replacement or moderate to severe mitral stenosis 2. Patients diagnosed liver disease with Child Pugh C 3. Patient received inappropriate doses of apixaban 4. Patients were pregnancy and lactation 5. Patients were diagnosed dementia or psychiatric disease 6. Patients were required hemodialysis or CAPD 7. Patients did not accept catheter insertion for 3 hours
