Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Single primary operable breast cancer with clinically suspicious axillary lymph node metastasis 2.Preoperative Ultrasound-guided axillary lymph node core needle biopsy 3.Proceeding to primary breast cancer surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Insufficient lymph node tissue for interpretation 2.Previous history of breast or axillary surgery on the same side 3.Prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy
