Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children age 1-5 years with constipation according to ROME IV criteria at Ramathibodi hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Organic causes of constipation, receive medication causing constipation, immune deficiency, severe neurological or cardiac anomalies
