Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis Non union midshaft humerus Patient undergoing open reduction and plalting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History thromboembolism 2 Patient taking anticoagulant or antiplatelate 3 Patient with Renal disease GFR<60 4 Pathologic fracture 5 Infection at fracture area
