Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients in internal medicine unit at King Chulalongkorn Hospital 2. Aged between 18-80 years 3. Allow to eat from primary physician 4. Able to talk and communicate 5. Can follow instructions 6. Agree to participate in research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs 2. Patients using mechanical ventilation 3. Patients with abnormal levels of consciousness 4. Patients with cerebrovascular disease 5. Patients with a history of cancer of the oral cavity, esophagus. 6. Patients with history of surgery or radiation on oral cavity, tongue, esophagus. 7. Dyspnea or having a fingertip blood oxygen level lower than 92% 8. Nasogastric feeding tube
