Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female 2. Aged 18 -50 years old 3. Must be healthy 4. No pregnancies 5. No smoking, drug, and other supplement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who had a history of allergies to herbs and taking other dietary supplements.
