Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.DRUJ instability suppose TFCC repair with 1.1Traumatic DRUJ instability 1.2Distal end radius fracture with DRUJ instability 1.3Galeazzi fracture DRUJ instability 2. Age above 20 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non operative treatment of fracture. Multiple trauma Open fracture Non-union fracture History of abnormal movement of wrist and elbow joint Refuse to involve in research
